A gathering of small- and medium-sized companies offering disaster
recovery products and technologies from all over Japan, as well as
companies from Japan's disaster-hit areas!
The special exhibition zone is designed to invite small and medium-sized
companies offering disaster recovery products and technologies for the likes
of crisis management, safety, and security all over Japan.
The booths are designed to invite small and medium-sized companies from Iwate,Miyagi, and Fukushima prefectures and which have been severely affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, allowing them to let the public know about their recovery and provide them with support for their activities for recovering from the disaster!
Exhibits by companies recognized by the top-level conference of the nine prefectures and cities (in which the governors of Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa and the mayors of Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, Saitama, and Sagamihara examine issues common to the areas) for "ownership of excellent industrial technology." You are encouraged to see the excellent technologies offered by small- and medium-sized companies in the capital region.

Public R&D organizations and companies display various and excellent research results. This zone offers opportunities for the visitors to encounter public R&D organizations and R&D companies. At the sub-stage, researchers present the seeds of their R&D efforts.
Bus tour from the site to the new headquarters of the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute (opened in October, in front of the Telecom Center Station)!

Industrial products and technologies from Asian countries are introduced,while business consultation for entering the Asian markets is provided (reservations can be made in advance).By taking part in this program you can obtain information about the trade and investment environments in Asian countries.
The "Asian Network of Major Cities 21" is an international network organization for aiming at following two targets:
●Enhance the position of the Asian area in the international
society by strengthening collaboration among capital cities
ofAsian countries and major cities.
●Address Asian countriesʼ common issues, such as risk
management, environmental programs, and industrial
development with collaboration of member cities to apply
the results for development of the Asian region.

To encourage creating businesses to offer new products and services, the Tokyo metropolitan government has certified "Business Innovation Plan" in line with Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Mediumsized Enterprises. On the main stage, awards are presented to those companies that have made remarkable improvements in their business management through "Business Innovation Plan." The companies receiving the awards also had booths set up with their exhibits.
The latest aerospace technologies and information are provided from Tokyo for promoting and advancing the aerospace industry.
